Hyplon Pty Limited (ACN 668 305 075) (Hyplon) is committed to the rights and privacy of individuals that the company engages with and the individuals whose personal information is provided to Hyplon. Our company complies with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 when handling personal information: that is, information about an identifiable person. The Privacy Act 1988 governs the way in which companies can collect, use, disclose, store, secure and dispose of personal information processed by Hyplon.
This Privacy Statement describes the manner in which Hyplon and its affiliates collect, use, maintain, and disclose information from users of our service offerings. Purpose of collecting data
Hyplon collects your personal information in order to provide the services to you that you request us to provide.
Hyplon may collect personal information such as business contact information and other personal information that you choose to provide to Hyplon. For example, types of computer and technical information, users who are required to support the delivery of the business including vendors and other similar information, contact information, location, billing or purchase information.

Hyplon service offerings are not directed at children, and Hyplon does not knowingly collect or sell personal information from individuals under the age of 16.

Retention of Personal Information
Hyplon may retain your personal information for a period of time consistent with the original purpose of collection or as long as required to fulfil our legal obligations.
We determine the appropriate retention period for personal data on the basis of the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal data being processed, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of the personal data, whether we can achieve the purposes of the processing through other means, and on the basis of applicable legal requirements (such as applicable statutes of limitation).
After expiry of the applicable retention periods, your personal information will be deleted in accordance with relevant legislations. If there is any data that we are unable, for technical reasons, to delete entirely from our systems, we will implement appropriate measures to prevent any further use of such data.
Unless you request that we delete certain information we obtain and store, Hyplon retains the information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the requested services. Following termination or deactivation of engaged service(s), Hyplon will retain information for at least seven (7) years and may retain the information for as long as needed for our business and legal obligations unless explicitly requested or contractually required to delete earlier.

Hyplon is committed to keeping your personal information safe by storing it using industry-approved encryption and only allowing authorised persons to access it. We take appropriate precautions including organizational, technical, and physical measures to help safeguard against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, and unauthorized disclosure of, or access to, the personal information processed or used by Hyplon.
While Hyplon follows generally accepted standards to protect personal information, no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure. You are solely responsible for protecting your password, limiting access to your devices and signing out of websites after the completion of your session.
In the event that any information under our control is compromised as a result of a security incident, Hyplon will take reasonable steps to investigate the situation and, where appropriate, notify those individuals whose information may have been compromised, activate our incident response plan, and act in accordance with any applicable laws and regulations.
