Every engagement begins with a 30 minute virtual chat.

You share your business priorities, risks, and concerns. We listen, ask the right questions, and start mapping where you are today.

Step 2. Get Your Security & Privacy Roadmap

After interviews and discovery, we create a tailored roadmap that is actionable and provides clarity

You will receive:

  • A documented plan tailored to your business

  • A presentation designed for board and executive level

  • Clear actions, prioritised steps, and identified gaps aligned with selected security frameworks based on your business (such as NIST CSF, ISO7001), applicable privacy laws (such as APP, EU GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA) that focuses on Governance, Information Security, Personnel Security, and Phyiscal Security.

  • Support to review evidence, conduct assessments, and create new resources to close identified gaps.

Step 3. Protect, Prove & Partner

We don’t hand over a report or a plan and walk away. We work alongside leaders to help put the plan or identify remediation items into action.

That includes:

  • Ongoing support and project delivery

  • Progress updates and action tracking

  • Quarterly board reports and executive briefings

  • Virtual regular catch-ups (in-person if practical)

  • Evidence, plans, documents and registers stored securely in your infrastructure, under your control.

Every organisation operates differently, so requirements are different, but our client-centric process ensures nothing is missed and everything is clear from start to ongoing support or finish of the project.

We begin with a conversation to define your goals and priorities.

From there, we outline the scop of work and confirm expectations before moving forward.

1 - Scoping

We confirm agreed timelines, resources, and roles. A kickoff meeting sets the directions, and we gather any requirements (like access, communications expectations, shared resources, or clearances) so delivery runs smoothly.

2 - Pre-Engagement

This is where the work happens. We conduct interviews, liason with key stakeholders, review evidence, and deliver progress reports, any assessment or other types of outcome reports, and activities that give leaders clarity and confidence

3 - Delivery

We close the loop with a feedback session, ensure all actions are clear, and reassess as needed - annually, after remediation, when major changes occur in the organisations, or ongoing partnership

4 - Post-Engagement
